pls the managment should profer vaccum for arts and social sciences bcos Efcc is unlike intelligent investigation.Why should arts graduates be excluded?

I have honestly tired of applying for any Federal Government job. The reason is that we children of the masses are not always been picked or considered even if we are qualified. Well, this EFCC, may be there own will be different.
Why is efcc asking for hard copy cv? would they have the time to be checking hardcopies?
