- Must have completed their NYSC programmes or have an exemption certificate.

Why is it that employers tell u u are disqualified from an interview simply because u don’t have work experience in ur field of study, what if u are one of those posted to a school to teach during NYSC what happens to u, does that mean u won’t have a job?. All these employers/ interviewers keep saying sorry no work experience u will be disqualied forgetting that they started from somewhere too if they were not given opportunities in their various organisations where they started will they be where they are today?. Pls i need an urgent reply
