RS Hunter is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Position: Enterprise Sales Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Purpose

  • To build and executes an Enterprise Client Account Business Plan (ECABP) that includes both transactional and strategic initiatives to grow company’s presence and share in the Enterprise Space over a 1-3 year time horizon.

Opens up new Enterprise Business Opportunities:

  • Builds and orchestrates sales pipeline activity.
  • Ensures active nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close.
  • Manages a balanced pipeline representing all of the businesses being pursued.
  • Identifies nurtures and closes new solution opportunities that results in substantial growth in Company’s share, revenues and margin.
  • Represents the entire Company’s portfolio of Enterprise products and services.
  • Serves as internal client for all Enterprise Client fault related issues
  • Manages all commercial proposal submission and follow-up for Enterprise clients.

Effective Enterprise Client Management:

  • Proactively engages executive sponsors to build a strategic relationship and favorably positions long-term business opportunities for the Company.
  • Works with all level of decision makers in the client organization.
  • Orchestrates all Company’s resources and sponsorship essential for executing the account business plan
  • Ensure all receivables and Bills are up to date in terms of collections.

Sustainable Revenue Growth:

  • Proactively protects Company’s position and claims Organization’s market leadership positions in strategic solution areas.
  • Meets or exceeds Month-on-Month, Quarterly and Annual revenue & margin quotas using margin management techniques.
  • Participates in Enterprise account investment decisions in pricing and resources.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors in Science and Technology related courses, Economics, Business Administration or any other Social Sciences courses.
  • Masters in Business Administration would be preferred additional qualification
  • MBA in Marketing or Postgraduate degree with specialization in Marketing will also be preferred.
  • 6-10 years of work experience with 3years of relevant experience in Telecom Industry.
  • Of these years 2-3 years should be in telecom enterprise products/ services sales/ marketing.
  • A minimum of 2 years in Management role.
  • Extensive knowledge of telecom enterprise business products and applicable markets.
