HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER REF: ESTY 004

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Human Resources Manager has responsibility to attract, motivate and retain a competent staff and also provide general administration support.

Qualifications & Experience

A good university degree (preferably with a Master’s degree) in IT related field

Minimum of 8-10 years post graduation relevant experience in IT, 5 of which must be in a supervisory/managerial or equivalent capacity in a reputable organization.
