Job Title: Analyst.Executive Projects

Location: Lagos,NG

Job Summary

Assist with effective communication and engagement schedule supporting various projects and initiatives running out of the Executive Office. These projects and initiatives have been chosen and designed to promote the core strategic imperatives of the organization: Customer Focus, Innovation and Quality of Service. In addition, this role will buttress the Executive Office remit to enhance communication to employees and the wider leadership team through the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Regional Roadshows. Also, the role-holder will assist with engaging key stakeholders across the regulatory landscape and Board Member group.

Principal Functions

Support in ensuring key imperatives on the CEO’s Agenda are achieved in an orderly and timely fashion
Assist in the planning and co-ordination of the QBRs
Co-ordinate the Regional Road Shows (RRs) taking place 3 times a year in the 1st, 2nd and 4th Quarters in 3 major regional centres: Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt
Assist with the planning and co-ordination of projects, platforms and events which the CEO considers paramount to internal and external engagement in relation to the strategic imperatives
Interface with the Commercial, HR, Strategy, Procurement, Finance and Legal functions in particular
Liaise frequently and effectively with other members of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and Leadership Team

Educational Requirements

First degree
Relevant postgraduate qualification/ certification a plus

Experience,Skills & Competencies

Between 1 and 3 years directly relevant, post-NYSC, office-based/ corporate work experience incorporating communications, event planning and general assistance

Ideal candidate must demonstrate:

High intellectual capacity; an ability to use one’s initiative and think outside the box
Strong experience in planning and co-ordinating high-end events to international standard
Amiable manner with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Strong drive for high-quality output at all times
Excellent attention to detail
