Job Title: Specialist.Vendor and Contract Management

Location: Abuja,NG

Job Summary

Handle vendor management and contract execution to support performance and enable achievement of Network Operations objectives
Ensure that all vendors provide contracted commitments and perform against operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Principal Functions

Monitor vendor performance against evaluation criteria defined within contracts
Provide oversight for Etisalat Nigeria contracts Scopes of Work (SOWs)/ Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and design documents to evaluate and monitor vendors compliance with contracts
Ensure vendors provide service and support as outlined in the Managed Service contract terms so as to achieve performance goals
Collaborate with key vendor personnel to promote continuous process improvement
Provide feedback on contracts deliverables and recommend actions according to contractual obligations and penalty clauses
Maintain strong relationships between vendors and Etisalat Nigeria internal stakeholders to ensure goal alignment, flexibility and productivity of vendors
Collaborate with vendors to deliver on-the-job training required to enhance Etisalat Nigeria team competencies
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director-Network Operations

Educational Requirements

Bachelor s/ HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any other relevant discipline

Experience,Skills & Competencies

At least three (3) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience in the telecoms business environment
Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:
Very strong background in contract management, preferably with telecoms vendors and/ or operators
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent inter-personal skills, including ability to work across complex cross-functional teams
Ability to drive change and deliver measurable results
