Job Profile
The successful candidate will be required to:
Drive a disciplined coverage of assigned territory/routes
Ensure assigned brands are available in all outlets within their assigned territory
Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers
Manage company resources assigned to them
Track and report performance of assigned brands at Point of Sales
Act with integrity
Experience/ Skills Requirement
The right candidate must:
Possess HND/BCS in any discipline
Have a minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a similar role and/or environment
Be exceptional at relationship management and direct sales management and business development with extensive customer interaction
Have effective written, oral and presentation skills
Be proficient in the use of MS-office packages
Be able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Can drive and possess a valid driver’s license
AREA SALES MANAGER – PAN NIGERIA
 
Job Profile
The successful candidate will be required to:
Lead a team of territory managers
Cascade and focus team on key priorities
Deliver business (sales and people leadership) objectives for his assigned business area
Drive for excellence in execution of his team and distributor operations
Experience & Skill Requirement
The right candidate must:
Possess HND/BSc in any discipline
Have four to six (4-6) years working experience in a similar role/or environment
Possess relevant professional qualifications/membership
Possess exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
Have effective written, oral and presentation skills
Be able to work on own initiative and under pressure
Be highly motivated and able to build close relationships internally and externally
Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams is key
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Location: East, North, Middle Bely
Job Profile
The successful candidate will be required to:
Deliver growth objectives for the region
Provide leadership for own and distributor teams
Develop and manage growth plans with distributors
Lead and drive the implementation of the Route to market strategy
