Job Description


FLEET MANAGER

Reporting to the Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities

·         Effectively manage vehicle administrative functions including scheduling, routing, driver management, maintenance, etc

·         Prepares timely and accurate operational reports to aid management decision making

·         Demonstrates excellent decision-making skills to deal with critical customer service issues

·         Implements industry and international best practices in fleet management

Education and Experience

Minimum of First Degree/Higher diploma in Transport Management or Mechanical Engineering. Ideal candidate must also possess the following attributes:

·         At least 5 years experience in a similar position




·         Possession of strong organizational skills for prioritizing workload

·         Must have managed a fleet of at least 40 vehicles

·         Possession of technical certifications will be an advantage
