Lagos City Polytechnic invites suitable qualified candidates for its 2012/2013 Admissions into Full- Time and Part-Time (Weekend) programme

Programmes  & Admission Requirements

1) National Diploma (ND)

Full Time – 2 Years

Part Time(Weekend) – 3 Years

(A) School of Engineering and Applied Sciences

• Computer Science
• Computer Engineering
• Electrical Electronics Engineering
• Statistic

Admission Requirements

• Five O’ Level, SSCE/ NECO credit passes in English Language, Mathematics; Physics and any other two of the following: Chemistry; Statistics; Geography Further Mathematics, Economics/Commerce; Govt History; Biology; Agricultural Science; Food & Nutrition For Electrical/ Electronics Engineering one of the other two must be a basic Science subject For Statistics any basic Science is acceptable.

(B) School of Management & Business Studies

• Accountancy
• Business Administration & Management
• Office Technology & Management

Admission Requirements

• Five 0′ Level, SSCE/GCE/NECO Credit passes in English Language; Mathematics and any three of the following, Economics, Business Method, Principles of Accounts, Literature in English, Commerce. History; Statistics; Geography; Government; one Science subject

2) Higher National Diploma(HND)

Full Time – 2 Years

Part Time(Weekend) – 3 Years

(A) School of Engineering and Applied Sciences

• Computer Science
• Computer Engineering
• Electrical Electronics Engineering
• Statistic

Requirements

• A National Diploma in the rele ant NBTE accredited programme plus relevant qualification specified in (A) above and at least one year Post-ND working experience.

(B) School of Management & Business Studies

• Accountancy
• Business Administration & Management
• Office Technology & Management

Admission Requirements

• A National Diploma in the relevant NBTE accredited programme plus relevant qualiftcation specified in (B) above and at least one year Post-ND working experience.

Fees

• Sessional tuition fees are payable once before registration. Candidates may, however be allowed to pay in installments to suit individual circumstances.
• Application Form cost of N5,000.00

Method of Application

• Admission for Full-Time ND Programmes is through JAMB.
• Candidates who sat for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) during the year but did not choose LCP as one of their choice of institution and now wIsh to attend LCP should contact the Admissions Officer of LCP promptly and provide details of their UTME registration particulars.
