Role Summary/Purpose
Faciliate and manage revenue growth and operational activity through dsitribution model in the West Africa region.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and achive annual regional sales plan
Mangement all aspects of the sales process from analysis of customers initial sated requirements through formal pro forma quoatation to receip of order and timely fulfillment
Train and coach regional distributors’ sales staff to ensure the highest level of technical and commercila competence
aintain close contact with regional distributors and final end usees through regular country visits to ensure close and positive business relationaships
Ensure that regioanl distributors and customers and fully trained on all techical aspects of the Wayne product range
Ensure all regional distributor agreements are current
Co-ordinate relationships and interface with Commercial Operations; Technical Marketing, Product Management and other functions

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in a similiar techical sales role in West Africa
Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
Prepared and able to travel throughout region
