He will oversee the management of the hotel to ensure efficiency, quality service and effective management of human and material resources.
Qualifications
A good first degree or MBA plus hospitality industry training certification
Experience
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques
Ability to analyze financial data and interpret it
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Experience in policy formulation and ability to effectively manage staff strength of over 100
Minimum of 10 years experience in management of at least 3 star hotels within or outside Nigeria
High integrity and friendliness
FRONT DESK/ RESERVATION MANAGER
 
Qualification and Requirement
 
She will oversee the management of the Front Office Desk and reservation
She must be an adherent of Hotel Front Desk rules and dress code.
The ideal lady must have exceptional communication skill
HND or Degree holder in any social sciences with at least 5 years experience in similar organization
