We seek qualified candidates for the following position in Nigeria.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintaining contact with new and existing customers and deliver a detailed account strategy.
Responding to inquiries from new and existing customers.
Delivering presentations of the company international conferences, customer sites and exhibitions.
Meeting annual goals and target.
Attending user group meetings and trade exhibition.
Producing monthly reports.
Testing very new ideas and services releases to support product development team.
Providing feedback of potential customers and members to enhance product functioning and the service delivery.
Ensuring effective internal communication within the Customer Support department across the company.
Motivating all staff to share relevant data to aid in the progress of the organization.
Negotiating the agreement terms and closing down of events.
Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.
