Point Engineering Limited (POINT) is an independent and wholly (100 %) Nigerian technological innovation consultancy company committed to supplying receptive high premium and also cost-effective services to clients, who are mainly in the oil as well as gasoline manufacturing, gas handling as well as oil refining sectors.

Job Position:

Job Title: Lead Cathodic Protection / Corrosion Engineer

Location: Sokoto

Key Technical skills

• Experience in Cathodic Protection Design.
• Experience in Corrosion Design, corrosion monitoring and inspection.
• Experience in anode design and material selection.
• Knowledge of RBI (risk based inspection) CRA (corrosion risk assessment)
• Experience in Corrosion failure analysis, Material analysis and Corrosion management.
• Experience in specification analysis, document control and technical writing
• Experience in managing Key projects portfolio
• Project management skills
• Experience in Inspection services.
• Experience in technical writing
• Experience in CP / Corrosion Material Specification
• Experience in Data sheet preparation
• Good foundry and casting experience
• Membership of many learned Institutions; NACE, ICorr, IOM3, Marine Corrosion Forum.

Qualifications

• B.Eng. or M.Eng. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years
