Job Description

We are one of the leaders in Construction Industry in Nigeria and require the services of highly resourceful and self driven individuals to occupy the following positions in our Organization.

1) Assistant Camp Supervisor (Lagos)

Job Responsibilities

Monitor domestic Staff and ensure that materials for the mate are in sufficient quantity and provide them if not.
Ensure that sewage is forecasted on time and create a PR for it, ensure that diesel is in sufficient quantity and request in advance to refill when needed.
Ensure that guest house is in good condition and request subcontractor if intervention is needed (make sure that work made by subcontractor is correctly done), ensure to communicate with all guest in order to have permanent feedback. (Leakage, Electricity).
Make spot inventory plus full annual inventory and ensure that furniture remain in good condition and in good quantities.

Qualification

A good B.sc/HND in Hotel management or equivalent qualification.

Skills

Must have a good numeracy skill.
Must have a good knowledge of excel.
Must be able to work under pressure.

2) Commercial Assistant (Lagos)

Qualification

B.Sc in Architectural / Engineering or any equivalent qualification.

Skills

Internet savvy and good knowledge of excel.
Well spoken.
Very presentable.
Must not be more than 30 years of age.

3) Commercial Secretary (Lagos)

Qualification

B.A / B.Sc in English Language/Literature or International Relations.

Skills

Good knowledge of excel and internet savvy.
Ability to write well is essential.
Must be well spoken.
Must be presentable.

4) QSE Engineer

Qualification

Civil Engineering background.

Skills

Knowledge in Quality, Assurance/Control,
Environment and Safety procedures.
Team Player.

5) Deputy Project Manager

Qualification

A good honors degree in engineering related discipline.
Must be a member of COREN or COBON
Must have at least 3 years experience in same capacity in a project of over 500 million Naira.

6) Senior Quantity Surveyor

Qualification

A good B.sc/ HND in Quantity Surveyor.
Must be a member of NlQS.
Must have at least 10 years post qualification experience on the job.

7) Senior Cost Controller

Qualification

A good B.sc / HND in Accounting or any related discipline.
Must have at least 8 years post qualification experience on the job.

Skills

Highly analytical and good numeracy skills.
Must have a good knowledge of excel.
Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
