Job Description:
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
• Identify and source business opportunity effectively while maintaining the acceptable sales/marketing standards
• Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Follow through on client enquires and orders on specific jobs ensuring prompt negotiation and feedback
• Market all products and services to current and potential customers
• Responsible for sourcing and closing business related to area of operations
• Enlighten clients on new products and initiatives within the scope of operations
• Educate clients on the proper use of products and services
• Provide technical/business advice to customers on what package will suit their needs
• Escalate and route client issues to relevant process department
• Maintain quality and professional relationship with clients
• Inter-phase with the accounts and technical department to proffer productive business solutions
• Generate funds from sales render after sales consultancy services
• Coordinates the overall operations activities of the company.

Job Requirements:
• He/she supervises the customer service, admin, technical and accounts unit and sees to the smooth running of the organization.
• This position requires a minimum of 3 yrs. experience from sales/operations in a power generation company.
