Position Description

? Managing the planning and the performance management process in
Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc (“SIBP”)
? Facilitating strategic planning through preparation of financial forecasts
based on SIBP’s business strategy
? Overall management, co-ordination and preparation of the annual budget
and periodic revised estimates.
? Design and implementation of performance management processes and
systems.
? Performance management through analysis, review and preparation of
periodic financial reports
Providing SIBP leadership management information to support decision
making.
