Reporting To: Head, State Office
Description: Reporting to the Head, State Office, the successful candidate will direct the implementation and process of customer service strategies throughout the state and control the process of resolving inquiries and complaints. He/she will also monitor the progress of registration, enrolment, and card production.
Key Requirements: – A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or other related fields.
- A minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience, with at least 5years relevant professional experience.
