REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS (Positions in Lagos, East & North)

Reporting directly to the MD, this senior manager position is focused on developing and growing profitable business opportunities for Courier Plus in the various identified regions.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute strategies that will exponentially increase revenue, market share and profit in the respective regions:

Sourcing and development of viable partners and agencies

Increasing local visibility and penetration

· Manage key customer relationships

· Lead a vibrant team of sales professionals towards achieving overall organizational objectives

Required skills and Competencies

· Passion for target achievement and a great team player

· Strong client relationship nmanagement skills

Education and eaperience

At least 10 years cognate experience in the courier and logistics industry with proven success in sales and new market development. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or HND, Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
