MARKETING MANAGER

Reporting to the Head, Pharma Sales & Marketing, and the incumbent will be responsible for the co-ordination of unit’s activities to ensure development and implementation of marketing plans aimed at enhancing the company’s competitive market position and delivering profit and growth expectations from assigned market/therapeutic segments.

He/she must possess good analytical ability, strong oral and written communication abilities, good presentation skills, good planning, co-ordination and decision making skills.

Candidates should possess B.Pharm or a degree in Biological Sciences. MBA will be an added advantage, Membership of relevant professional bodies, 7 years Product/Marketing Management experience with a reputable company in the healthcare/ FMCG industries and not be more than 45 years of age.

MEDICAL SALES EXECUTIVES

Reporting to the Field Medical sales Manager, the incumbent, will be involved in the promotion of the products to medical and allied professionals in teaching, general and specialist practice through various levels of marketing interviews/medical meetings sufficient to achieve the agreed prescription and sales target.

Candidates must possess a B.Pharm or a degree in Biological Sciences. Medical field sales experience with a reputable company would be an added advantage. Applicants must result oriented, self-motivated with good oral and written communication skills and must possess strong persuasion and presentation skills with proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

 

FIELD MEDICAL SALES MANAGER

The incumbent will be expected to coordinate, drive and provide leadership for the sales force to achieve the sales objective of the Team/Area.

Candidates must have hand-on field sales experience preferably in the pharmaceutical industry and be driven by a strong desire to achieve results. Applicants must possess a B.Pharm with at least four(4) years relevant experience with a proven track record and proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

 

FACTORY ACCOUNTANT

The successful candidate will be expected to prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards and generate business reports for decision making. He/She will also be expected to ensure operational efficiency and cost control at the factory.

Candidates must possess a B.Sc/HND in Accounting ACA with at least seven(7) years factory accounting experience in a large manufacturing company with hands-on SAGE experience. The preferred candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people at all levels. Candidates should not be more than 40years.

ACCOUNTS OFFICERS

Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the incumbent will be expected to make necessary accounting postings and carry out other related duties. Candidate must be self-disciplined, methodical and thorough in approach.

Applicants must not be more than 32 years old and should possess a degree/HND in an Accounting/Finance related discipline with at least three(3) years relevant experience. Computer literacy and knowledge of SAGE is a pre-requisite.

 

 

AUDIT OFFICERS

Reporting to the Internal Auditor, the incumbents must possess a minimum of HND/BSc in Accountancy with at least one(1) year audit experience. The incumbents must also possess good numerical, communication and analytical skills.

AGE:  Not more than thirty(30) years old.

ZONAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent will be expected to promote, sell and redistribute the company’s products to distributors and retailers through various levels of personal selling to interview/group meetings sufficient to achieve agreed sales targets.

Candidates must possess an HND/BSc in an discipline. Field sales experience/experience in the FMCG industry and certification from a Sales and Marketing programme will be an added advantage. The incumbent must also possess excellent interpersonal, communication and persuasive skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people at all levels and organizations.
