Job Description

OLAM is a leading global integrated supply chain manager and processor of agricultural products and food ingredients, supplying various products across 16 platforms in 65 countries. Olam employs over 18,000 people and supports more than 12,300 customers across the world. We have strong presence in Africa and looking to recruit for our operations in Gabon.

Plantation Managers

Bachelor Degree/diploma in Agriculture or related disciplines
Minimum of 6 to 8 years’ experience in a well-known Oil Palm plantation company, with at least 2 years of managerial experience
Strong leadership qualities, self-motivated, positive attitude & high level people management skill.

Plantation Assistant Manager

Bachelor Degree/diploma in Agriculture or related disciplines
Minimum of 2 years’ similar experience in a well-known Oil Palm plantation company.

Assistant Agronomist/Trainee Agronomist

Bachelor Degree/diploma preferably in Agronomy or Soil Science or a science degree in botany/biology with some experience in plantation management or agricultural research.
Fresh graduates, diploma holders in the above discipline with no experience, or candidates with few years’ experience in rubber, coconut, cocoa and coffee can also apply.
Ability to speak and write both in english and french would be a plus.
