Job Description


Position: Quality Assurance Administrator
The Job:
·         To maintain the Quality Management System and ensure that all system documentations, procedures and quality records are timely updated, distributed and filed.
·         To assist with the scheduling and carrying out of internal audits
·         To follow up on corrective action resulting from audits and incident reports.
Qualifications:
·         BSC/HND in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food science and any other related disciplines
·         5 o ‘level credits including mathematics and English Language in not more than @ sittings
·         Knowledge of computer operation is an advantage
The person:
·         Must be familiar with quality management system
·         Must have basic knowledge of industrial safety
·         Must be good in communication and report writing
·         Must be physically fit and possess demonstrable aptitude to operating machines and equipment
·         Must be willing to do shift work
Experience:
·         Minimum of three (3) practical experience in maintaining a quality management System in food industry.
