R.T. Briscoe (Nigeria) PLC (” Briscoe”) was included in Nigeria on 9th March, 1957, as a Private Limited Liability Company as well as came to be a completely owned subsidiary of the East Asiatic Company Ltd. A/S (” EAC”) of Copenhagen, Denmark in 1961. The Company became a public Company in 1973 as well as the shares were listed for quotation on the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 1974. In August 2002, Asset as well as Resource Management Company Limited (” ARM”), an Investment Management Services Company obtained the majority shareholding in Briscoe from the EAC team

Summary
Successfully manage the team and ensure it meets the required profitability target set for it by the organization

Responsibilities
· .Develop.business plans and strategies in.conjunction with the General Manager.
· .Prospect and.sell Ford/Toyota brand of vehicles.
· .Represent.the company in sales bids and.negotiations.
· .Oversee.sales administration as the need arise.and ensure it functions according to the.dictates of the policies and procedures.of the organization.
· .Manage the.staff as the need arises .and ensure they meet their.targets.
· .Coordinate the.logistics and sales administrative.activities as the need arises.
· .Prepare.proposals and delivering presentations.to clients .
· .Maintain a.mutual relationship with customers.
· .Ensure customer.satisfaction.
· .Devise.strategies for meeting sales and.customer service targets.
· .Monitor all.competitor activities in the area and.report findings.
· .Generate reports.based on sales activities
· .Ensure the.safety of all the company’s properties.

Requirements
· Minimum Qualification: A good first degree or its equivalent in relevant field, plus minimum of 7 years working experience in the sales department of an automobile company of which 5 years must have been spent at the managerial level in any Manufacturing industry or a well organized trading organization..
· A masters degree in business administration or in the social sciences will be an added advantage
· Ability to drive is compulsory.
· Experience in field sales prospecting to corporate and government institutions is essential.
