Full-Time Real Estate Firm Recruitment – 4 Positions

Job Description

We are an integrated real estate firm with about a decade experience in property development and construction, with corporate office in Lagos.

Our mission is to develop properties that guarantee enduring value to our stakeholders. To this end, we are currently seeking young and dynamic professionals to fill the following positions:

FACILITY MANGER – FM001

To manage the delivery of services in a residential/commercial estate

Reporting to: The Head of Project Development

PERSON PROFILE

First and/ or second degree in any construction related e.g Architecture, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, facilities Management, Estate Management or Building

A master’s degree in Facility Management would be an added advantage

Membership of nay following RIBA, NSE, IFE, RICS, NIESV would be an added advantage

Must have at least 8years cognate Facility Management experience with at least 3years at management level

Hands and facilities Management experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

SALES EXECUTIVES - SE001

To provide sales support for the Marketing Team

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Sales

PERSON PROFILE

B.Sc./HND in Social Science or Estate Management

At least 3years experience in the real Estate industry

Good spoken and written English

Good interpersonal skills

Attentive to details

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – AMBD001

To provide support For the Head of Business Development & Strategy

PERSON PROFILE

B. Sc. In Business or Social Science, M.Sc. in Real Estate Finance or any related discipline. An MBA would be an added advantage

At least 3years experience in the Real Estate or Financial industry

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Very good presentation and report writing skills

Strong analytical and research skills

Project management skills

Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

ASSISTANT MANAGER, MARKETING COMMUNICATION AND BRAND MANAGEMENT – AMMCB01

To provide support for the Head of Business and Strategy

Reporting to Head of Business Development and Strategy

PERSON PROFILE

B.Sc. in Social Science, Humanities or related discipline

At least 4years experience in Marketing and Advertising or media related exposure

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Very good presentation sand report writing skills

Ability to work in a high pressure environment

Excellent interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
