A.      Oracle EBS Functional Consultants

Requirements:

1.       Senior Functional HCM consultants with strong skills in Oracle Learning management, Oracle Payroll & Fast Formula, Oracle Advanced Benefits & Oracle Self Service HR.

2.       Senior Functional Consultants with GL, PSB, AR and Hyperion.

3.       Senior Functional Consultants with AP, PO, INV and FA.

4.       Senior Functional Consultants for Project costing and project management.

5.       Senior Functional Consultants- Process Manufacturing.

6.       Senior Functional consultants – Order Management

Further Requirements:

1.       At least 5 years or 5 life Cycle Oracle Implementation experience.

2.       Expert level functional experience in their specific areas.

3.       Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

4.       Bilingual skills (Eng & French) are a huge advantage especially for the HRMS consultants.

Responsibility:

1.       Recovering, assessing and documenting business requirements.

2.       Mapping business requirements to oracle solutions.

3.       Preparing solution design documents.

4.       Preparing process documents.

5.       Preparing end user training materials.

6.       Enhancing knowledge transfer to subject matter experts.

7.       Testing configured solutions.

B.      Oracle EBS Technical Consultants

1.       PL/SQL Programmers.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years working experience in an Oracle environment.

-          Proficiency in Application Development using Oracle J Developer and/or Oracle Forms.

-          Proficiency in database development: Oracle 10g/11g

-          Experience in software development projects on UNIX and Windows Environment.

-          Experience in using Oracle Reports and Oracle BI publisher.

2.       JAVA Programmers

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience working on a development project.

-          Experience in application development using JAVA and Oracle PL/SQL.

-          Experience in application development using J2EE, JFC/SWING, EJB 2.0, JDBC, Servlets,

-          HTML, XML, RMI, SOAP.

-          Hands on experience in application development using JSF/JSP and/or Oracle ADF.

-          Proficiency in database development: Oracle 10g/11g

-          Experience in software development projects on UNIX and Windows Environment.

-          Thorough knowledge with J2EE application platform configuration and performance optimization.

3.       Oracle Fusion Middleware

Applicants must have experience in two or more of the components.

-          Oracle Application Development Framework (OADF)

-          Oracle J Developer/Web logic

-          Oracle SOA and Services

-          Oracle Portal

-          Oracle Identity Management
