Job Description

EXECUTIVE SEARCH

Our client a market leader in construction services with interest in aluminum works, project development, import and export etc, is embarking on a re-structuring exercise and requires the services of ambitious, self driven, result oriented and focused professional for the following positions.

HEAD OF OPERATION

Must have a degree in Architecture and at least 3years hands on experience in architecture with 3D drawing experience. Preferred candidates must be resourceful and quite pragmatic with excellent written and communication skills.

He/she have good knowledge of Business environment,

Must be ambitious, self driven, result oriented, must be IT literate.

MARKETING EXECUTIVES

Preferred candidates must have a clear understanding of construction industry. Must be able to initiate and sustain marketing intelligence gathering and provide feed back to management as a tool to planning and decision making with the aim of increasing company’s market share. Must be able to design, develop and execute business strategies for marketing company’s product/services and manage clients relation. A minimum of first degree in any discipline with 2-3years experience e in marketing.

HEAD OF MARKETING

Ideal candidates must have a degree in marketing or Business Development and a minimum of 4years practice experience in marketing.

IT MARKETER

This position requires a first degree in computer related discipline and a hands on experience in internet on line marketing

DRIVERS

Must have at least SSCE certificate in addition to a valid drivers incense

Must have at least 5years driving experience must be conversant with Lagos routes. The referred candidates should reside in Lekki or Ajah Lagos.
