Position Description

Job Responsibilities
•Establish test approach/plan for projects
•Establish acceptance criteria and schedule for test cycles (CIT, SIT, UAT)
•Establish testing team quality standards and quality assurance processes
• Establish best practices and processes for testing team
• Coordinate the testing efforts on key Bank Projects from Initiation through to Closure
• Establish standards and processes for Test Analysts and other test resources to manage their areas of responsibilities
• Influence overall technology, driving product quality, and promoting practices to improve productivity and enable quality
•Clearly communicating the unit’s goals and objectives to the test team
•Resource mobilization for Projects
•Manage delivery by metrics
•Publish KPIs for Testing Projects on weekly, or milestone, basis
•Submit inputs for Weekly Status Reports for IT Exco sessions
•Participate in Weekly Test team Review Meetings
•Coordinating Test Requirements Analysis
• Coordinating Test Case Development / Updating
•Coordinating Test Data preparation
•Coordinating Defect Analysis & Reporting
