1. Job Title: Settlement and Reconciliation Officer
Job Objective/ Purpose of Job: To facilitate accurate and timely transactions processing and data presentation
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

Regular/Daily Duties:
Implementation of daily settlement operations activities
Settlement and verification of Stakeholder daily net position
NIBSS t+1 POS settlement processing
POS Merchant Account number update
MasterCard file processing
Daily computation/settlement breakdown report generation
Verification of Nigerian Interbank Settlement Scheme Posting
Switched Transactions Reporting for all stakeholders
Reconciliation Support for stakeholders (Banks and Merchants)
Switch Revenue Assurance, Analysis and reporting for Management
Implement dictated quality customer interaction standards.
Support 99.999% uptime of switching platform through consistent, pro-active monitoring as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education Qualification: A good degree in any computer science or any other relevant or related field of study from an accredited University.
Professional Qualification: Not mandatory but recognised
Experience 1 year of EFT Payment Processing Knowledge

2. Job Title: Unit Head, Sales and Accounts Management (Third party Processing Services)
Job Objective/ Purpose of Job: To articulate and facilitate the design and implementation of Third Party Processing service offerings and an effective sales business plan for the department in line with the overall corporate objective to drive business growth and strategic positioning of integration services that meet customer needs; increase revenue generation and contribute profitability to the company’s operations.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Lead efforts to identify and design new profitable/ viable transaction processing services that meet identified market segment needs.
Lead efforts in business/market development for this solution offerings as well as winning new business
Ensure on-going identification of new customers and revenue streams to increase market reach and revenue.
Coordinate activities to identify and monitor needs of customers.
Ensure the development and maintenance of a customer database.
Ensure on-going monitoring and analysis of customer information to facilitate effective sales plans and development of relevant product/services.
Develop and maintain strong relationship with key strategic customers.
Define and set sales targets for the unit/ subordinates.
Monitor activities of the team to ensure sales and service targets are achieved.
Analyse sales performance results and develop tactical initiatives to bridge identified gaps.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration or its equivalent
Experience Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in a sales role (preferably e-payment product sales or IT sales)

Functional/Technical:
Strong knowledge and appreciation of ICT and e-commerce/payment industry – key operations, products and services, trends, development, challenges and issues.
Strong knowledge of payment and e-commerce technology, applications, products and services
Strong Knowledge of Card associations (MasterCard, VISA, CUP, Discover), their nature of business and mode of operations.
Good knowledge of key payment system / solution and applications,
Good knowledge of third party processing requirements.

3. Job Title: Software Developer, Verticals
Job Objective/ Purpose of Job: To develop high quality, reliable products and flexible devices solutions using international best practices and best-in-class technologies
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

Regular/daily duties
Development of new and existing device solutions based on customers requirement
Log into @task to update tasks
Ensure robust and sustainable architecture for software development
Ensure proper unit testing is done during application development
Develop applications with PCIDSS standards
Ensure source codes are ‘checked-in’ VSS
Ensure proper handling and safety of Devices.

Location: Lagos
Department/Division/ Unit: Paymate
Job Objective/ Purpose of Job:
To drive business growth, market penetration, adoption of assigned solutions within directorate to specified target markets
To ensure that set financial targets are met and products are sold profitably
To proactively identify new business opportunities, expand market share and adoption of company solutions within specified target markets
To maintain and develop right relationships with customers using assigned solutions in defined target markets
To ensure customers are satisfied with the solutions adopted and the solutions deployed meet customer requirements
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Sales Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving set financial targets with respect to sales turnovers and transaction revenue
Negotiate profitable solutions to expand company’s market share in assigned target market
Utilise the various sales methodology, tools & applications and maintain up-to date records of all leads and current status
Generate demand by proactively reaching potential customers to make them aware of the company’s products and services, in the bid to utilize these services.
Provide requested information, prepare proposal, business requirement document, project initiation document (PID), project request document (PRD) for each potential sale and ensure sign off with requisite internal and external stakeholders
Cross-sell InterSwitch products to existing & new customers.

Respond to Request for proposal (RFPs) for solutions/products that fall under target sector/requested for by client in portfolio
Liaise with implementation/operations & support team to execute sales/projects won

Customer Information & Account Management Responsibilities
Input, update and maintain detailed contact information of personnel within organizations in target market/customers using assigned products within GoldMine.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of contact reports within GoldMine
Ensure update to Sales funnel; prepare requisite SSO’s within GoldMine
Serve as listening posts for new ideas/changes and provide relevant feedback to Product Management, Product Operations teams internally
Segment customers & develop a customer visitation plan( visit, emails, phone calls) and mechanism for obtaining feedback from clients (and key players) using products in portfolio

Event Management Responsibilities
Attend exhibitions to market division’s products/solution and perform sales duties when required
Perform customer demonstrations & identify leads that can be converted to sales post-event.

Project Management Responsibilities
Ensure visibility and access to project status/ accomplishment to ensure that agreed deliverables which meet customer requirements are implemented
