Our client is a diversified Holding Group providing a wide range of services across several industries including solid mineral, hotel management, real estate, agricultural, oil & gas, investments and IT & Communications with head office in Kaduna, Nigeria. With six subsidiaries repositioned for increase growth, our client is looking for dynamic, energetic  and transformational business leader’s with proven track record to fill the following position at the Group Executive Management.

 

GROUP MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR (PCL-GMD)

The GMD will provide overall leadership and strategic direction, deliver business and financial targets and build an enduring institution with strong corporate governance structures.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience      

      First degree in relevant social management science

      An MBA or any relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage

      A minimum of 20years relevant  experience, with at least 10years in management position

      Between 45-50 years of age

      Cognate experience in Development finance

      Significant senior level experience  in human resource management principles and techniques

 

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR-MANAGEMENT SERVICE (PLC-EDM)

The role is responsible for expenditure management and ensuring effective deployment of the group’s assets and optimal return an investment through effective planning, deployment and monitoring of the group’s resources.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience               

      First degree in Social or Management Science

      Additional relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage   

      A minimum of 17 years relevant post qualification experience, with at least 7years in a similar management position

         40-50years of age

      Cognate experience in management of corporate service or similar role and complexity

 

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR- INVESTMENT SUPERVISION (PCL-EDI) 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and supervision of all of the group’s investment to ensure optimal returns. The successful individual will also develop and manage the investment and risk policy for the group.      

Qualifications, Skills and Experience               

      First degree in Social or Management Science

      A professional qualification in Actuary or Financial Analysis (CFA, CMA, etc.)

      A minimum of 17 years relevant post qualification experience, with at least 7years in a similar management position

      40-50years of age

      Significant experience in Market Research , Analysis and product development  

 

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (PCL-EDB)

The role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities which are geared towards the achievement of the group’s strategic and business objectives.

COMPANY SECRETARY (PCL-CS)

This role will provide company secretarial services and legal advice to the group

Qualifications, Skills and Experience 

      Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Master of Law (LL.M)

      A minimum of 15years relevant post qualification experience, with at least 5years in a Company Secretary/Legal Adviser role

      40-50 years of age 

      Considerable experience in Advocacy an representation

      Highly developed negotiation and interpersonal skills
