| Job Description: | •Provide professional inputs and advice to the Senior Manager ES Sales Operations in developing a sales strategy and plan. •Leadership of a professional project management team to meet targets for profitability and revenues, as agreed with the Senior Manager ES Sales Operations. •Implement best-in-class processes and procedures for effective day-to-day project management in support of enterprise solutions sales to corporate and SME customers. •Day-to-day operational responsibility for the end-to-end sales project management process, working with the relevant account managers to meet contractual agreements. •Agree a set of performance KPI targets and measures; regularly measure and report on sales project management performance against agreed targets. •Full integration of quality management processes within the ES Project Management Group and their effective deployment on a day-to-day basis. •Provide performance data to support management decision-making. •Ensure full compliance with telecommunications licence provisions, sector regulations and competition laws. •Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external suppliers. •Manage and monitor the implementation of all projects against the overall project plan. Determine staffing requirements for each project, and allocate available resources to various projects. Manage, coordinate and monitor the implementation of all projects against the project plans. Identify reasons for delays in projects and plan activities to overcome these. Identify and respond to risks / escalated problems throughout the project cycle. Ensure the performance of project team is up to the required standard during the implementation of the project plan Manage Project team members optimally. Compile and present project report for each and overall project and at required project milestones |

| Required Skills: | •First degree in Engineering or Information Systems •Masters Degree with extensive experience •MBA will be added advantage •8 years applicable business experience including: •Formal project management experience (with a proven track record) in a telecoms business environment. •Project Management experience in service of CC & BS or ERP software suppliers an advantage •ICT experience especially in Data Hosting, Collocation will be added advantage |
