He serves as a member of the Governing Council at Pan-Atlantic University.
He is the former Chairman of Nigeria Business Support Group. He served as Chairman of Diamond Bank Plc until December 31, 2006. He served as the Chairman of Nigerian Economic Summit Group and served on the Lagos Business School Advisory Board.
Mr. Dozie serves as a Non Executive Director of Gulf of Guinea Energy Limited. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Kaizen Venture Partners and as a Director of The Central Bank of Nigeria. He was an Economic Adviser for Niger State Government.
Mr. Dozie was a Member of Vision 2010 Council. He served as the President of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He was a Council Member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is the Recipient of National Award of Officer of the order of the Niger.
Mr. Dozie holds Honorary Doctorate degrees in Law, Management Technology and Business Administration from three Universities. Mr. Dozie holds an M.Sc. in Econometrics from City University, London and a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
